  •  Accountable for providing the first line of support to clients
  • Responsible for responding to issues of varying complexity both over the phone and via email, utilizing internal and external resources as needed to ensure timely resolution
  • Tasked with documenting these issues, contributing to a knowledge base, and building an exceptional support experience for our clients
  • Additional responsibilities include contributing to the transition of newly on-boarded clients and helping with ad-hoc projects and initiatives


  • The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of relevant experience in a support role for clients in the middle and back office
  • Exceptional ability to communicate, troubleshoot, and resolve all types of client issues
  • Exceptional verbal communications skills, a customer-service orientation, and a knack for problem solving
  • The candidate should be comfortable working with specific shifts (including EOD) and adhering to SLA’s
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills are also necessary. An understanding of production software support is preferred, but a strong interest in technology is a must
  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or technology is highly desired
