Company Info: Private investment firm focused on providing investment management and advisory services to a select number of ultra-high net worth families.


  • 1-5 Years of Administrative experience
  • Polished & Professional Presentation, excellent communication skills
  • Office/Administrative Support experience
  • Can work independently, exercise good judgment/decision making skills, can deal with very senior level professionals inside and outside of the firm
  • Must have a very good presentation, upbeat personality, and have very strong communication skills


  • Meet and greet high profile guests, answer phones and direct calls as needed
  • Manage, set up/breakdown and arrange conference rooms
  • Set up/breakdown and arrange for various lunches
  • Maintain 2 pantries as well as 2 file rooms, order all supplies, stock supplies, ensure that space is kept neat and tidy
  • Maintain all electronic files, distribute incoming mail
  • Provide backup to 4 Sr. Executive Assistants including: Travel Arrangements, calendar management, preparing Expense Reports, as needed
