Associate, Executive Search
OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an Associate to further develop the firm’s recruiting capabilities. This encompasses gathering business intelligence, supporting various searches for our clients, and developing targeted recruitment strategies. Working with our Senior Recruiters, the Associate will gain a deep understanding of the executive search industry as well as learn a significant amount about the alternative investment space (Private Equity, Hedge Funds and Family Offices) including the markets/products that pertain to specific searches. There are excellent career path opportunities along with the ability to take on additional responsibility over time as specialized knowledge is gained.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with Senior Management to get a clear view of the strategic hiring needs of clients and devise and carry out a targeted sourcing and research strategy to address their needs

Be an integral part of the entire search process from origination to close, gaining direct mentorship from Senior Management

Source, identify, and screen suitable candidates by developing an expertise in the financial industry to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility

Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships by actively networking in the industry
An ideal candidate for the Research/Recruiting Associate role is comfortable and confident with candidate and client interaction has the initiative to lead project assignments with minimal supervision and is friendly and engaging. They are also organized, system savvy with exceptional project management capabilities, and have high attention to detail.
Compensation
Salary up to $75,000 plus bonus and benefits. Good performers can easily earn over $100,000 in their second full year. We offer a full benefits package including 401k as well as a hybrid work schedule.
