Company Info: Hedge fund with more than $400 million of capital under management based in New York, NY

Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen and transfer incoming phone calls
  • Greet guests and manage conference room schedule
  • Scheduling meetings, and make lunch and dinner reservations
  • Handle catering for Investor meetings (lunch, breakfast, dinner, etc.)
  • Coordinate and liaise with office vendors, order office and kitchen supplies
  • Assist CFO with process invoices, reconciling credit card statements, preparing Expense reports, assist with Compliance filings
  • Assist with personal items for the Managing Partner (order breakfast etc.)
  • Load/unload dishwasher, “swift” kitchen floor a couple time a week or if needed, ensure cleaning service does a good job
  • General administrative duties (filing, faxing, etc.)
  • Oversee Office move within the year
  • Sit at reception but small office pretty open environment

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 4 years of experience, 4 year degree needed
  • Warm and outgoing personality, good communication skills
  • Hospitality industry++++, ok with any Professional Corp. Office setting
  • NO FACIAL Piercing, Tattoos, etc.
