Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interacting with clients; Meet and greet external and internal executives
  • Manage multiple calendars and contacts
  • Schedule meetings and appointments; Book and manage travel itineraries
  • Arrange corporate and personal external events
  • Maintain an organized electronic file system
  • Handle payroll
  • Act as point person for all office operations including maintenance, mailing, supplies, IT, equipment; Coordinate with IT and maintain all office equipment
  • Draft and revise notes, PowerPoint presentations, and various documents
  • Be available for ad hoc tasks
