Elizabeth Fried has been a vital member of JSB Partners since January, 2002. In her current role as Senior Managing Director she works very closely with firm clients and prospective candidates to ensure that both company hiring and individual career goals are met. Previously, she worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an auditor in the Alternative Asset Management practice in Boston and New York. She is a CPA licensed in the State of New York and has a BS, Business from Skidmore College with a minor in Economics. Liz is married to her long time love and happily chases her 2 daughters and 2 dogs; she is a certified Pilates instructor and played Varsity Lacrosse at Skidmore College.

Before joining JSB Partners in 1999, Eva was a Senior Auditor with Deloitte’s Alternative Asset Management/Investment Companies audit practice. Eva graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Accounting, received her CPA from the State of New York and has been both on the Board of Directors and Past President of the American Woman’s Society of Certified Public Accountants and is also the former Chair of the Family Office Committee of the New York State Society of CPA’s.

Howard joined JSB in 2010 and before that was a partner at an executive search firm and worked as a general accounting manager at Ernst & Young. Howard graduated from Baruch College, CUNY with a B.S. in Accounting. Howard is responsible for managing client and candidate relations across our Administrative Support, Accounting Support and Temporary/Consulting divisions. Howard spends his free time with his wife, 3 children, and 2 “grand-pups”.

Ryan joined JSB in March 2009, not letting the financial crisis slow him down. Ryan quickly proved to be an immediate value add from both a recruiting and cultural standpoint for the firm. As a current Managing Director, he manages several key client relationships while continually sourcing candidates; with the same passion, care, and enthusiasm as he did on day one. Ryan graduated from the University of Hartford in ’04 with a B.S. in Psychology. When not looking for your firm’s next top performer he can be found at the beach in New Jersey, planning his BBQ menu and overall living his best life, with the love of his life and their two spoiled Russian Siberian cats.

Inna joined JSB in 2000 as an intern during her freshman year attending New York University on an academic scholarship. She graduated from NYU’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business, magna cum laude, with a B.S. in Marketing, while concurrently growing with the firm. Over the years Inna has assumed numerous roles, accumulating a variety of unique skillsets and experiences within the company. Currently Inna oversees all operations including finances, human resources and legal negotiations. She is a native of Ukraine and is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian. Outside of work, Inna is learning Spanish, loves to read, dance and discover new restaurants.

Marisa joined JSB in 2007 after graduating from the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in Psychology. She has been a dedicated JSB employee since the day she started and she is approaching her 15 year anniversary with JSB! Marisa is a multifaceted administrative professional with an extensive background in a variety of office administration duties. When Marisa is not at work, she can be found chasing her 2 year old, her 4 year old, or her Samoyed.

Eika joined JSB in 2012 after working at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a tax senior associate. She is dedicated to helping candidates achieve their career goals and building meaningful relationships with her clients. Raised in Hong Kong, Eika enjoys traveling the world and exploring new foods. Eika graduated from University of Maryland, College Park with a B.S. in Accounting and Finance. She received her CPA license from the Commonwealth of Virginia and is fluent in Chinese

Paul joined JSB in 2024, having previously spent his career in alternative asset management recruiting. He is dedicated to cultivating relationships with top performers in the industry through extensive market knowledge and transparency. Prior to JSB, he served as a director at a boutique executive search firm in NYC. Paul graduated from the University at Buffalo with a B.S. in Business Administration, concentrating in both finance and marketing. A New York native, he was born and raised on Long Island. Outside of work, you can find Paul boxing, listening to Bruce Springsteen, and passionately rooting for his beloved Jets, Mets, Knicks, and Islanders. 

Lauren Marciano joined JSB Partners in the fall of 2018 and is now a Vice President, in the Accounting and Finance division, catering exclusively to the Alternative Investment space. Lauren specializes in placing Big 4 Auditors into Investment Funds. Lauren graduated from Long Island University with a B.S. in Accounting. She began her career as an External Auditor at a regional public accounting firm on Long Island, and later joined EY as an Senior Assurance Associate. Lauren currently lives in Brooklyn, is a Reiki energy healer, and is passionate about all things holistic health and wellness!

Michael joined JSB in the summer of 2022 where he now works as an Associate fostering relationships with candidates and assisting them in their career journey. Michael graduated from the University of Miami in 2021. Immediately following his college graduation, he worked for the Florida Panthers Hockey Club in Sunrise, Florida. There he sold season memberships and suites while attending and working a full season of professional hockey. Michael was born and raised in Mountainside, New Jersey. When he is not working, you can find Michael fishing or watching his beloved Mets and Jets.

Remy joined JSB in 2023 having previously spent his career in alternative asset management recruitment. He was born and raised in Philadelphia before heading to the University of Colorado Boulder where he graduated in 2020 with his B.A. in Communications. He previously served as an executive recruiter at a boutique search firm in NYC where he focused on placing candidates in the alternative asset management space. When Remy is not helping people in their search for their dream jobs, he can be found snowboarding, mountain biking, or playing golf.

Matt joined JSB Partners in the summer of 2023 after graduating from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in accounting. At JSB, he works toward networking with candidates and assisting them in reaching their career goals. Before joining the team, Matt spent some time in southwest Florida working in the real estate sector, where he assisted clients in finding their dream home. When he is not busy helping others, he enjoys golfing, watching sports, or DJing.

Daniela joined JSB Partners in the summer of 2024 after graduating from Pace University with a B.B.A. In Finance and an M.B.A. in Business Analytics. Daniela interned with JSB during her time in graduate school, helping with maintaining and updating candidate profiles through data organization. At JSB, she now works toward networking with candidates and assisting them in reaching their career goals. As a New York native, Daniela knows a lot about the area, the companies within our beautiful city, and has enjoyed being a dance and gymnastics teacher to children in the Bronx for many years.
