**Managing Director, JSB Partners**

Ryan joined JSB in March 2009, not letting the financial crisis slow him down. Ryan quickly proved to be an immediate value add from both a recruiting and cultural standpoint for the firm. As a current Managing Director, he manages several key client relationships while continually sourcing candidates; with the same passion, care, and enthusiasm as he did on day one. Ryan graduated from the University of Hartford in '04 with a B.S. in Psychology. When not looking for your firm's next top performer he can be found at the beach in New Jersey, planning his BBQ menu and overall living his best life, with the love of his life and their two spoiled Russian Siberian cats.
