Lyndsey Duane is an Associate at JSB Partners, joining the firm in 2025 after several years recruiting top finance and accounting talent for private equity clients. She earned her bachelor’s degree in public policy and political economics from Rollins College in Florida. Lyndsey is passionate about people, partnering closely with candidates and clients, building strong networks, and creating lasting relationships.
Born in Connecticut, she spends her free time traveling, working out, and enjoying time with her family and friends.
